Apple has determined a small percentage of iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 Pro, which were manufactured between October 2020 and April 2021, may experience sound issues due to a component that might fail on the receiver module.
If your iPhone 12 or iPhone 12 Pro was purchased within 3 years after the first retail sale of the unit, and does not emit sound from the receiver when you make or receive calls, you are welcome to make a reservation for the inspection at our service centre, we will repair your device free of charge after verifying the eligibility of your device for this program.
Note: iPhone 12 mini and iPhone 12 Pro Max models are not eligible in this program.
If your iPhone 12 or iPhone 12 Pro has got a cracked screen or other issues which may impair the ability to complete the repair, there may be additional costs involved to resolve those issues prior to this service.
